Orange County Watch is returning to the familiar rhythm of meeting on the first Saturday of each month. The next gathering will take place on March 7th at 9 AM in a new, carefully chosen location. This change aims to bring stability and convenience to our meetings, which benefits everyone involved.

Returning to Our Regular Schedule
We are going back to meeting on the first Saturday of each month, a schedule many current and former members know well. This consistency helps everyone plan ahead and keeps our group connected.
Our next meeting on March 7th at 9:00 AM will mark this return. Please update your calendar and plan to attend. Regular attendance strengthens our group and helps us maintain a steady flow of speakers and activities.
Why Attendance and Dues Matter
Low attendance creates challenges beyond just empty chairs. It makes it difficult to:
Book speakers who bring valuable insights and knowledge.
Secure meeting locations that fit our needs.
Conduct simple business, like financial reviews and planning.
In December, several members asked for a financial accounting. Unfortunately, many of those members have not returned since. Low attendance makes it hard to carry out even basic group functions. An organizational meeting may not be the best time to schedule speakers. Your participation is vital, even when there is no speaker scheduled, to keep things running smoothly.
Introducing Our New Meeting Location
Thanks to Nelson, we have a new place that fits our needs well. The new location offers:
Flexible space for both small and large groups.
Parking at an adjacent address.
Audio/Visual equipment ready for presentations.
A kitchen area (not a restaurant) where you can bring your own food.
Self-serve coffee available during meetings.
Budget friendly fees for the facility use.
Please plan to eat before you arrive or bring your own meal. If you use the kitchen, kindly clean up afterward to keep the space welcoming for everyone.

What to Expect at the Meeting
The new venue can support County Watch activities comfortably. Whether we have a standard presentation or a large event, the space adapts to our needs including built-in A/V equipment to enhance speaker presentations.
Bringing your own meal is encouraged since the kitchen is not a restaurant. Coffee will be available to keep everyone refreshed. If you use the kitchen, please clean up afterward to respect our hosts.
